Here is a great way to let people make your page their 'Home' start page in Internet Explorer. When people click on the link to this file, it will ask them to save it or run from current location. When the file is ran, it will ask to include the following information in their Registry. They can save the file to and then run it later if they wish. What it does is change the Registry entry for Internet Explorer, making your webpage 'Home'.

All you need to do is copy the following code into a NotePad document and save it as a .reg file.

Then link the file normally as you would any other file.

Here is what is in our reg file...

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"Start Page" = "http://www.jc2k.com"

Only change the webpage URL where it says, http://www.jc2k.com to yours and leave the rest as is.

Once you link the file it will work like this, try it...
